  • 3 TBS flour
  • 1?4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 TBS melted butter
  • 1?2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 unbaked pie shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together the flour, salt and sugar. Add the eggs and cream the mixture. Add the butter, beating well. Pour the buttermilk into the mixture, then the vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake 35-40 minutes.
