CORN PUDDING
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 1 (16-ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (16-ounce) can whole kernel corn, partially drained
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish. Bake 30-35 minutes.
