LIGHT JELL-O PIE

1 package flavored Jell-O
2/3 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 oz. container Light Cool Whip
2 large graham cracker pie crust
Small amount of graham cracker crumbs
Mix Jell-O powder into boiling water until dissolved. Put enough ice into water to make 1 cup; mix into the Jell-O mixture. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, until mixture is somewhat jelled, then pour into pie crust. Sprinkle crumbs over top.
