BLACKBERRY COBBLER

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 pints blackberries
  • Brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the flour, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Melt the butter and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour the mixture into the dish, but do not stir it. Add the berries evenly across the mixture, still not stirring it. Sprinkle it evenly with brown sugar and bake for 1 hour.
