  • 1 lb. milk chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
In the top of a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips. Add the condensed milk and stir until stiff. Spread on parchment paper and let set. Cut into squares.
For cookie fudge, add crushed chocolate cookies to the chocolate before adding the milk. For peanut butter fudge, use peanut butter chips instead of milk chocolate chips. For rocky road fudge, add mini marshmallows and nuts before adding the milk. For mint fudge, use dark mint chips instead of milk chocolate chips.
