  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 slices seedless watermelon, diced
  • 1?2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1?2 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 2 TBS red onion, finely diced
  • 1 TBS lime juice
  • 1 TBS lemon rind, freshly grated
  • 1 TBS fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon basil, finely chopped
Mix diced tomato and watermelon. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Garnish with sprigs of cilantro and cinnamon basil.
