4 cups powdered sugar
3 TBS meringue powder
6 to 7 TBS water
In a mixing bowl, blend the sugar and meringue powder.
With the mixer on low, add water slowly. When incorporated, turn mixer to medium and beat for seven minutes.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth or the icing will develop a crust.
Fill an icing bag to pipe the icing onto the cake.
