  • 1 boneless chicken breast, fried
  • handful of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tortilla
  • 2-3 handfuls mozzarella cheese
  • picante sauce
Over campfire grill, warm chicken breast. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over it and let it melt. Remove and wrap in tortilla. Mix mozzarella cheese with about 1/4 cup picante sauce and spread over the wrapped chicken. Return to grill and heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove and pour 1-2 TBS picante sauce over it.
