Macaroni and Cheese

  • 4 cups macaroni
  • 1 stick butter
  • 5 ounces cream
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook 4 cups of dry macaroni noodles as directed on the box. Drain and place back in the pot. Add 1 stick of butter and stir until melted. Stir in 5 ounces of cream. Stir in 2 cups cheese.
Place in a 4-quart baking dish. Add 1 cup of cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
