BOB MOORE’S MEATLOAF
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1?4 lb. sausage)
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 small onion (or flakes)
  • 1 small green pepper, optional
  • Ketchup to taste
Mix well all ingredients except egg. Add unbeaten egg to mixture and mix well.
Cook in greased casserole pan at 350 degrees until about half done.
Add small amount of tomato ketchup to top of loaf. Continue baking until done.
