Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Entrees

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook macaroni noodles and drain. while cooling, in separate pan, combine.
Combine butter, flour, salt and pepper in a pan until smooth over low heat. Add milk and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. It is easiest if you cube or shred the cheese before you add it.
Put cooked macaroni noodles in a casserole and pour cheese mixture over them.
Bake for 30 minutes.
