Contributed by: Howard Huff
  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese, peeled
  • 2 packages puff pastry shells (frozen food section of grocery store)
  • 1 jar seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1 jar of apricot preserves
  • 1 package sliced almonds
  • 1 package black walnuts
Place pastry shells on baking sheet. Peel Brie and cut into chunks. Place one chunk of brie in each pastry shell.
Take preserves (raspberry or almond) and cover Brie in pastry cup. Place almonds over the raspberry preserves and black walnuts over the apricot preserves.
Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 10 to 14 minutes or until shell starts to get crisp and brie and preserves start to melt.
