Chocolate Banana Pudding

  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
Peel the banana and place it in one of the big bowls. Mash the banana well with the fork, until it is almost watery.
Open the package of pudding and add the pudding powder to the banana in the bowl. Add milk slowly to the mixture. Mix with the rotary beater until smooth.
Wash and dry the rotary beater. Whip the cream in the other bowl until it is stiff. Add the whipped cream to the pudding and mix together. Cover the bowl with a plate and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
