Big George’s Overloaded Brownies

  • Brownies:
  • Boxed brownie mix and ingredients
  • 1 heaping TBS peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 2/3 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Spread:
  • 1 cup chocolate morsels
  • 2 TBS Chambord liqueur
  • 1/3 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • Garnish:
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
Mix and bake brownie ingredients at 350 for 23-25 minutes. Let cool.
Melt chocolate morsels, remove from heat and add remaining ingredients for the spread. Spread mixture over cooled brownies. Cut into squares and garnish with fresh raspberries.
