  • 1 rack pork ribs
  • Meat tenderizer
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 lb. honey-mustard barbecue sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Use meat tenderizer according to directions. Rinse ribs. Put them in stainless steel 13- by 15-inch dish trays. Pour in 3 cups water. Cover with aluminum foil. Let cook one hour.
Remove from oven and brush on barbecue sauce. Return to oven. Cook another 90 minutes, adding water as needed to keep the meat submerged in water. For the last 30 minutes of cooking, uncover the meat.
