Tater Tot Casserole

  • 2 to 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 26-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag tater tots
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Brown ground beef and drain. Put into a 9- by 13-inch casserole pan. Layer chopped onions, then soup. Top with tater tots and bake for about 20 minutes or until tater tots are golden.
