  • 2 cups macaroni noodles
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 small can peas or 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1 TBS vinegar
  • 1 TBS vegetable oil
Cook noodles until tender. Drain off water.
Chop tomato, cucumber, onion and pepper.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil to make dressing. Mix with vegetables and macaroni. Keep refrigerated.
