  • 1 lb. dry pinto beans
  • 1 package Stevia sweetener
  • Salt, to taste
  • 3 tsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1 TBS diced onions
Put pintos and other ingredients in large pot with about three times the volume water as pintos. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the pintos are tender, about two hours. Keep adding water as necessary to keep water over pintos.
