1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli
1 can low-fat cream of celery soup
3 or 4 oz. low-fat shredded cheese
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs or stuffing mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook broccoli in water until tender. Mix with soup, cheese and half the bread crumbs. Place in a 9- or 10-inch square dish and sprinkle remaining bread crumbs over the top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
