Hash brown casserole
Vegetables & Side Dishes

  • 32 oz. hash browns
  • 1 pound cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put potatoes in a 9- by 13-inch casserole dish.
Shred cheese. Mix cheese, sour cream and soup. Pour over the potatoes and stir to combine.
Break crackers over the top. Melt butter and pour over the crackers. Bake for 1 hour.
