  • 2 cups unsweetened blueberries (fresh or frozen) or peaches, blackberries or strawberries. If using fruit other than blueberries, add extra 1-2 TBS sweetener.
  • 1 cup apple, pineapple or white grape juice
  • 2 TBS honey or agave nectar
  • 1 TBS cornstarch
Bring the blueberries, 34 cup juice and honey or nectar to a boil in a saucepan. In a separate small bowl, combine remaining fruit or fruit juice with cornstarch, stirring until cornstarch is dissolved. Slowly add to blueberry mixture, stirring constantly.
