Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
Melt butter and two cups of cheese together. Mix beaten eggs, sour cream, soup, salt, pepper and mustard. Add milk, macaroni and melted cheese mixture. Mix well and put into slow cooker. Sprinkle rest of cheese over top. Cook on low heat for 21/2 to 3 hours.
