Mac n Cheese

  • Yield: 10-12 servings
  • 1/2 box elbow macaroni
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 4 bags shredded Velveeta yellow or white cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, milk and margarine, and stir together. Sprinkle sugar into mixture while stirring. Then add cheese and stir together. Add more milk if needed.
Pour into pan and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
