Organic Butter Lettuce Salad with Avocados and Roa

  • Organic butter lettuce
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • Organic cherry tomatoes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 TBS feta cheese
  • Sea salt
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBS Braggs liquid aminos
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh pepper
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme, oregano and sage , finely chopped
Wash and dry lettuce and tear into medium pieces. Cut avocados into large cubes. Roast pumpkin seeds. Cut tomatoes in half. Cut yellow pepper into large pieces. Crumble feta cheese into small pieces. Combine vegetables and sprinkle with sea salt.
Mix dressing ingredients. Serve dressing with salad.
