  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 TBS Parmesan cheese
  • 3 TBS flour
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 to 3 eggs
  • 2 TBS milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Butterfly-cut chicken breasts.
In another bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Dip chicken in egg wash, then toss in dry mixture. Place in greased baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the breading is golden and crispy and the chicken is white in middle.
