Baked Asparagus
Vegetables & Side Dishes

Ingredients:
  • 11â�„4 lbs. fresh asparagus
  • Morton’s Nature’s seasonings (a blend of onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper and other spices)
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare the asparagus by breaking off the tough ends as far down as stalks snap easily. Wash asparagus and remove scales, if sandy or tough.
Arrange the asparagus in an ungreased rectangular baking dish, 12 x 71�2 x 2 inches. Sprinkle generously with Nature’s seasonings. Cover and bake in the oven until tender, 20-30 minutes. Serves 4.
