CORN PUDDING
Appetizers

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup plus 2 TBS milk, divided
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Make a roux by blending 2 TBS milk and flour over heat. Mix all ingredients together, including the roux. Bake for 45 minutes.
