Easy Macaroni Salad
Vegetables & Side Dishes

  • 3 cups uncooked macaroni
  • 1 yellow or green pepper
  • 1 large or 2 small cucumbers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large or 2 small tomatoes
  • Celery seed, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 3/4 cup Duke’s mayonnaise
  • Paprika
Cook macaroni according to directions. Pour into colander and run cold water over it to cool. Set aside.
Chop vegetables and mix with macaroni. Mix in celery seed and salt to taste. Stir in mayonnaise.
Sprinkle paprika to garnish. Refrigerate until read to serve.
