  • 2 3/4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 TBS grated carrot
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup couscous
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/8 tsp. sesame oil
In a saucepan, bring the stock with grated carrot to a boil. Add salt and olive oil and stir. Add couscous and pine nuts and remove from heat and allow to sit for about 5 minutes. Mix in sesame oil and fluff with a fork. Serve immediately.
