  • 1 can salmon
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
  • Cooking oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking oil.
Drain salmon and remove bones. Mix other ingredients into salmon and form into patties. Place patties on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, turning once so they are browned on both sides.
