Vegetables & Side Dishes

  • 2 pounds tater tots or hash browns
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 TBS chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup margarine, melted, divided
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups corn flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix potatoes, sour cream, soup, onion, 1/2 cup margarine and cheese. Stir well. Pour into 9-inch glass baking dish.
Crush corn flakes and mix with 1/4 cup melted margarine. Spread on top of potato mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes to one hour.
