QUICK PUMPKIN MUFFINS

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups mashed, cooked and drained pumpkin pulp or 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 package (18.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line pans for 12 muffins. Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth.
Spoon evenly into muffin pans. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
