Fun Frambled Eggs
Eggs & Cheese

  • 1 TBS butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 TBS milk
  • Pinch of sugar
Heat butter in pan.
Break one egg and stir salt, pepper and milk into it. Set aside.
Break the second egg into the pan. Once the white is cooked, pour in the first egg and stir it around. Pop the first egg’s yolk and add sugar to it. Mix the pan’s contents together. Press the eggs to remove the air from them before serving.
