1 pound center-cut bacon
1 8 ounce package crescent rolls
4 TBS cream cheese, divided
2 TBS finely minced onion, divided
Fry bacon until crispy and brown. Drain grease.
Divide the crescent roll dough into two equal amounts. Roll out one of the two rectangular dough sections. Pinch all seams together and smooth with fingers.
Mix together 2 TBS cream cheese with 1 TBS onion and spread over one rectangular piece. Top with half a piece of bacon and roll together tightly. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate.
Repeat the process with the remaining crescent roll piece. Cut it and the other roll into bite-size pieces. Bake according to crescent roll packing directions. Serve with ranch dip.
