Bacon Ranch Potatoes
Vegetables & Side Dishes

  • 6 to 8 red potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch mix
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
  • Green onions, for garnish
Chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Coat with olive oil and dry ranch mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 400 degrees until fork tender.
Meanwhile, cook bacon and crumble it.
Remove potatoes from oven and add cheese and bacon. Return to oven until cheese melts.
Chop the onions to add as a garnish.
