Pumpkin Pound Cake

Ingredients:
  • For the cake:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans
  • For the icing:
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 3 tsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
For the cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all wet ingredients together. Sift together all dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Mix well and bake for one hour in Bundt pan.
For the icing:
Mix all ingredients together well and drizzle over cake.
