Dump Beef-Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds roast meat
  • 12 cans of vegetables of choice
  • 3 cans of sliced potatoes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Place roast in slow cooker and cover in water. Cook for six hours on low. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Put into large stock pot and combine rest of ingredients at medium temperature. Heat for approximately one hour, stirring frequently.
