  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown sausage and onion in a 10-inch oen-safe skillet. Mix eggs and pour into pan. Let the bottom set, then place pan in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the middle sets. Sprinkle cheese on the top and brown.
