So Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

1 can chocolate fudge frosting
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Sugar for pressing
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Set aside 1/3 cup frosting.
In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining frosting, peanut butter and egg. Blend well. Stir in flour by hand.
Shape into 1-inch balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. With the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar, flatten each ball into a 2-inch circle.
Bake for 4 to 7 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Cool for one minute, then remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely. Lightly frost with remaining frosting.
Yield: 4 dozen
