  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 ounce bottle ranch dressing
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Brown sausage and drain.
Mix sausage, cheeses and ranch dressing. Spray muffin pan with baking oil.
Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin well. Bake for 5 minutes.
Place a spoonful of meat mixture into cooked wraps and bake for 5 minutes more.
Can be served with salsa or sour cream.
