  • 6 medium to large white sweet potatoes
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 TBS vanilla
  • 1 TBS lemon flavoring
  • 1 TBS orange flavoring
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 3 unbaked pie shells
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Boil potatoes until they are soft, then remove the skins. Chop or mash the potatoes and add butter; allow butter to melt.
Add brown sugar, eggs, flavorings and spices. Mix on slow sped until well blended.
Pour mixture into pie shells and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until crust is brown.
