MACARONI AND CHEESE
Vegetables & Side Dishes
1 (16-ounce) box macaroni
1 TBS oil
1 (8 ounce) block sharp cheddar
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk or 1 small can sweetened condensed milk
4 cups shredded Kraft Mac and Cheese blend cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Boil macaroni with oil. Dice cheddar cheese.
Once macaroni is cooked according to package directions, drain it. Mix into it cheddar cheese, butter, sugar, condensed milk, eggs and 2 cups shredded cheese.
Pour mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle it with remaining cheese and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
