Black Skillet Corn Bread

Ingredients:
  • 1/8 cup oil
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 egg
  • Buttermilk
Pour oil into black skillet.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well. Pour batter into skillet. Bake for about 25 minutes.
