Baby Short Ribs

  • 2 or 3 pounds short ribs
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
  • 2 TBS brown sugar
Boil short ribs in large pot with enough water to cover ribs until half done, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat. Set aside, and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Submerge ribs in sauce mixture until coated. Place them in a foil-lined pan and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
