CRANBERRY BANANA BREAD

1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 TBS lemon juice
1 cup dried cranberries, any flavor
1 cup bananas (can use frozen or thawed)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt. Blend into butter/sugar mixture. Add bananas and dried cranberries; mix well. Pour into one loaf pan or three or four mini loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done, depending on size of pans.
