  • 41?2 cups water
  • 1?2 cup soy sauce or replacement
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1?2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1?4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp. sweet basil
  • 1 tsp. Bakon yeast seasoning
  • 1 tsp. coriander
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 2 cups regular oats
  • 2 cups quick oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except oats in a large pan and bring to a slow boil on medium-low heat. Stir in oats and simmer one minute. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes with cover on.
Form into about 20 patties on a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes on each side.
