  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 11?2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. ground thyme
  • 6 TBS soy sauce
  • 11?2 cups dry seven-grain cereal
  • 11?2 cups sunflower seeds, ground
  • 11?2 cups pecan meal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water to boil. Simmer sage, onion powder, thyme, soy sauce and cereal for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, add seeds and nuts and mix well. Shape patties and bake on non-stick cookie sheet for 25 minutes. After cooling, can be frozen.
