Artichoke Dip
Contributed by:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1?4 to 1?3 cup sour cream
  • 1?2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 jars non-marinated artichoke hearts
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • Sprinklings of chili powder
  • 3?4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Handful of shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Warm cream cheese in microwave for 2 minutes on 50 percent heat to soften it. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise and spinach. Drain liquid away from artichoke hearts and stir them into mixture. Add garlic salt, several sprinklings of chili powder and most of the cheese. Stir everything until well blended.
Sprinkle the rest of cheese on top. Put in oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown on top.
