HOT DOGS, COLOMBIAN STYLE

3 TBS shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 sandwich roll
1 hot dog
1 TBS ketchup
1 TBS mayonnaise
water as needed
handful of potato chips
Sprinkle cheese over bun and put in a warm oven to melt. Cook hot dog.
Make Pink Sauce: Mix ketchup and mayonnaise together. Stir in a little water to thin slightly.
Put hot dog in bun. Add Pink Sauce. Crush potato chips and sprinkle them on top.
