Broccoli and cheese casserole
Contributed by:
  • 2 packages chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can of water
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook broccoli in salted water until tender. Drain. Mix thoroughly with other ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
